Proclaimed the end of the student protest ahead of time for security reasons. Let us recall that, according to the plan, the protest was supposed to end at 21:XNUMX p.m.
"Our protest is at Slavia, we don't want to participate in this"
Student orderlies and war veterans tried to disperse the people who were in front of the National Assembly building and direct them to Trg Slavija where the main part of the protest was, however, although most of the people took shelter and headed towards that place, they remained gathered around the assembly.
At the corner of Bulevar Kralja Aleksandar and Ulica Kneza Miloš near Pionirski Park, several shots were heard, according to those gathered, there were cannon shots.
Student leaders tried to prevent further riots, but the gathered people left the street and headed towards Pionirski Park.
The guards called for a retreat and asked the crowd to retreat and not respond to provocations.
After a few minutes, the warden from the megaphone told all the students to take off the warden's vests, saying that their protest at that place is over and that as far as they are concerned, the student protest at that place is over.
"Our protest is at Slavia, we don't want to participate in this".
The guards took off their vests and left the place, and people continued to gather.
Several people commented, "What did you call us, if that's it?"
“What now?”

The main program of the student protest has begun
The main program of the student protest "15. for 15", and the first female student of the University of Belgrade to speak told the citizens that their vote counts.
"Your voice counts, we hear your voice, let your voice last." May your vote last! Let's wake up Serbia together! Let's persevere in the fight for students, farmers, educators, lawyers, pharmacists, doctors, actors, artists, journalists, engineers, for all the lives we have lost and for those we would have lost if we had continued to listen," she said and added that the students have awakened Serbia and are fighting for all the lives that have been lost and for those that would have been lost if they had continued to remain silent.
"The night is darkest before dawn." Until the requirements are met," said the student.
She mentioned all the protests held in the past four months.
"Slavia happened, a hundred thousand people. We delivered letters to public prosecutor Zagorka Dolovac. Our requests have been sent to the prosecutor's office. They trampled us. We went out into the streets with even more motivation. We welcomed the New Year on the street. Mostar, RTS, Autokomanda, resignations of the prime minister and the mayor of Novi Sad. Almost three months after the tragedy.
We walked 80 kilometers to reach Novi Sad. Blockade of three bridges, three months after the fall of the canopy in Novi Sad. We decided to defend our rights guaranteed by the Constitution in the city where the first Serbian constitution was adopted, the Constitution of Happiness. Let's meet at the Meeting. Carrying the baton of freedom and solidarity, we arrived in Kragujevac. The whole day we strengthened each other and left with the message "No one is tired!".
Next was Novi Pazar. All students stood proudly next to each other, defending common ideals. Where are we meeting next? Never in greater numbers and never with a stronger will did the north and the south come together. Magnificent Niš was the prelude to today's Belgrade. An indelible mark will remain in the hearts of all of us, the tears with which we were greeted, the hugs we shared, the regions of Serbia we visited, the wounds you bandaged, the fatigue you healed," she said.
Photo: N1The main program at Slavia has started
"Everything that happened brought us to the present moment, look where we are, look how many of us there are," said the student.
It was previously said that the students speaking would not release their names.
Another student said that the students "today are standing together and with dignity despite the pressure and violence they were exposed to and that they will no longer allow themselves to be trampled on, that they have suffered for too long, but they will no longer".
"We are here because we will no longer allow corruption to endanger anyone's life, as it killed 15 innocent people in Novi Sad," said the student.
She said that the students are protesting because they will no longer allow the officials of one party to attack students in an organized manner, as they attacked the students of the Faculty of Dramatic Arts.
"We are here because we will no longer allow you to trample us, as you trampled the musicians of the Belgrade Philharmonic, doctors, students Sonja and Kristina." We are here because we will no longer allow you to beat us with the sticks you keep in the party premises, as you beat the student Anna," said the student.
She emphasized that she will not allow them to lie about them, to insult them "as the public media service and the very top of the state have been doing since the beginning of the student blockades."
She added that the students are protesting because they will not allow dismissals due to posts on social networks, like workers in the Electric Power Company of Serbia.
"We are here because we will no longer allow unlawful deductions of wages, such as the deductions of teachers' salaries." We are here because we will no longer allow transfers, blackmail, pressures, as the workers who support the students are now suffering. We are here because we have suffered for too long, but I won't anymore," said the student.

"The whole of Serbia is here, my children are here, my grandchildren are here, I have to be there too." Let's repeat what happened on October 5, to show that those colored revolutions don't exist. Those from the government need to be treated, this is not normal. They brought several boys to Pionirski Park who supposedly want to study, and look how many police are guarding them. "Where is he keeping them from," asks Velja Ilić.
He adds that he left the Government of Serbia because of Aleksandar Vučić.
"I told them they were stealing a lot, and it turned out I was right." These protests showed who the future is and what the future of Serbia represents. You can't go against the youth and the smartest people in this country," Ilić concluded.

The students in the blockade said today, ahead of the big protest they are organizing in Belgrade, that they are against breaking into institutions, attacks on dissenters and any kind of vandalism, which is why they called on everyone to be united and responsible.
Emphasizing that their protest is an expression of the fight for justice, solidarity and the future they are building together, the students said through social networks that they strongly condemn any form of violence.
"From day one, we have been fighting against the repression and injustice that has been clearly carried out through this system." We do not want anyone's actions to jeopardize what we have achieved so far. For three months, we built this struggle with solidarity, love, commitment and effort. Let's not call that into question with reckless moves," said the Students in Blockade Instagram account.
The students emphasized that the goal of their protest was not to break into any institution, nor to attack dissenters.
"Our strength is in ideas, togetherness and perseverance." We do not want to allow any act to distract from the essence of our struggle and to call into question everything we stand for. This movement must not be abused," the students stressed.
The students called on everyone to remain dignified and show that they are responsible, that they understand the gravity of the moment and that they are aware of the consequences of their actions.
The students emphasized that they are against any kind of vandalism.
"We don't want to put working people in the difficult position of cleaning and repairing after us. Our struggle is not a struggle of destruction, but a struggle of creation. We will not allow our protests to be marked by incidents, but solely by our determination and shared vision of a better society", stated the students and called on everyone to be united and responsible.
"Let us be guided by reason, empathy and togetherness." We are fighting for changes that will bring a better tomorrow, but we can achieve them only if we stick to our principles and if we show the strength of dignity and solidarity. Let's walk together, loudly and decisively, but calmly and responsibly. This is our struggle, this is our future and we are all building it together," the students said.

A column of cars and bikers leaves from Novi Sad
A large number of citizens will leave Novi Sad by car in an organized manner to support the students and their demands in Belgrade.
Bikers also leave from Novi in an organized manner. It is expected that there will be around 1.500 motorcycles in the convoy
As reported by the organizers, at 8:15 a.m. departure from the OMV pump in Novi Sad, and a group of bikers from Belgrade and the surrounding area are waiting for them, which will gather at the IKEA parking lot from 9:15 a.m. It is planned that at 10 a.m. they will leave for Nis in a convoy, escorted by the traffic police.
The bikers sent a request to the Roads of Serbia to allow them, on the advice of the MUP, free passage through the ramps. They stated that the passage on one or two raised ramps, according to the advice of the police, would allow them to pass quickly, which would not affect the creation of large crowds and traffic jams, but also to achieve the highest security protocols for driving escorted vehicles, given that the convoy will have them. However, the Roads of Serbia replied that there are criteria for the use of public goods and that this request cannot be the basis for exemption from the procedure.

"The goal of this action is to support the workers and fight for their rights that were taken away from them at their workplaces," stated the students of the Faculty of Philosophy in Belgrade.
Although some collectives have decided that classes in Belgrade high schools will start again from Tuesday, the students are not giving up on the blockades. The President of the Forum of Belgrade Grammar Schools, Ana Dmitrijević, says that teachers will enter the classrooms tomorrow - but most likely in empty ones.
RTS employees gathered in the "Our Protest" initiative demand the immediate publication of the names of the responsible editors who make decisions about the content of the program during the blockade of the building. They are also looking for an answer to the question - why is the majority of the editorial staff completely excluded from work?
In the previous days, an account with the name Đura Matsuta appeared on social networks. The order is fake, the Government announced, because the new Prime Minister of Serbia does not have one. Is that to be praised or condemned, given his political function
Anyone who condemns the regime's targeting of people from the media, the non-governmental sector, the opposition and universities, must not agree to this targeting of RTS editors and journalists either.
Depriving Dejan Ilić, an intellectual with an impeccable life and work biography, of his freedom, without the slightest meaningful reason, is just one of the brutal indicators that the regime has turned against its own citizens and is entering a phase of terror
