It is safe to say that the news is what it is published by the Insajder portal introduced additional confusion and even greater doubt about the legality of the case that the state is conducting against the so-called Novi Sad twelve-team team, accused of criminal acts of overthrowing the constitutional order. This case, both from the point of view of experts, but also from the point of view of common sense, every day looks more and more like complete nonsense, wrongdoing BIA, from which, at least it seems, the competent authorities would prefer to get out as soon as possible, with as few consequences as possible. It will be that many criminal acts were committed in this process, but that the perpetrators are not among the accused, but among those who represent the state.
Let us remind you that in the premises of the Movement of Free Citizens in Novi Sad, as many as twelve members of this party, as many as students from the organization "Stav", had a meeting to meet the big protest in Belgrade on March 15. They were filmed ranting about anything and everything related to the rally, showing their muscles and determination, having a conversation that could be heard in almost every pub in Serbia in those days. The day before the rally, the audio recording appeared on all regime televisions.

The goal was obvious: to portray students and citizens as "terrorists", which would confirm an important propaganda thesis of the regime. That's how citizens from neighboring countries who participated in a benevolent seminar in Belgrade were expelled from the country. Just to prove another propaganda thesis - that foreign, especially Croatian, fingers got involved in the "colored revolution". In a way, the silly meeting at PSG was a slap in the face to the authorities.
BIA recording and lies about the recording
No one disputes that the BIA made the recording. Very soon after its broadcast, the regime announced that the meeting was recorded by the secret service on the orders of its boss, a special one Vladimir Orlić. Therefore, no one can dispute that the BIA delivered this supposedly top-secret recording to all possible media. And that - so to speak - is a criminal act, for which someone should be held accountable. I guess there is no dispute there, and everything is clear.
We will not talk now about the fact that the television stations, when broadcasting the video, announced that they had received it from one of the participants of the meeting who had delivered it to them in order to save the country from terrorism. We have been used to such lies for a long time, although it is likely that what to say has been agreed with the BIA and other competent authorities for primitive propaganda, until they figure out how to further communicate the matter with the public.
Hairstyling the video
The lawyers of the suspects immediately questioned the legality of the obtained video, on the basis of which the judicial prosecution of the "twelve" began. Was there a court order for the wiretapping, was the wiretapping done according to law, and can it be used in the proceedings? If the answers are positive, what is the rationale for wiretapping the premises of the opposition party?
That would be very interesting - to hear the explanation of why the secret service is eavesdropping on an opposition party in a country that is "rushing" towards the EU, and that it does not hide it. Some say that the authorities have estimated that the broadcast of the video will do more good than harm from this fact.
In one period, even though it was the only evidence, even though it was broadcast on all televisions, the lawyers could not get hold of the video in order to prepare the defense. What is the possible scenario for this delay? Along with the recording, they should also receive information about how and why it was created.

Some lawyers say that the state (whatever that means) needed time to "legalize" the video, which was obviously obtained illegally. If, for example, the documents were backdated, according to which this practically propaganda material will be able to be used in court, so that the state, the BIA, the prosecutor and the president himself would not be completely embarrassed. Apparently, it would not be the first time that court evidence is backdated, that is to say falsified, which is also a serious crime.
By the way, even if the video is completely legal, it would mean nothing in this proceeding, since apart from it there is no material evidence, no object, or anything that, according to experts, would indicate the reality of preparation for the execution of any criminal offense, including the criminal offense charged to the accused. Consequently, there are no facts or evidence in the indictment, later the indictment, but only the opinion of the prosecutor.
What does the indictment say about the creation of the video?
The "insider" has discovered - let's call it that - a strange thing. In fact, the BIA was not wiretapping twelve activists, but rather a certain mysterious, unidentified person who had been wiretapped ten months prior to this particular video, for entirely different reasons. Who knows why! Maybe it's someone who committed a massacre with a chainsaw in Texas, and is planning to do so in Banat or Srem as well. These were extensive measures, writes "Insajder". That's exactly what a mass murderer deserves.
Okay, let's move on. There were twelve people at the meeting, no one else. Therefore, the conversation could not be recorded using the "monitored" phone, but only through the sound system of the room. I guess that's clear. So, our efficient services allegedly listened to the conversation, thinking that there was a mass murderer among the interlocutors, and then they heard something much, much more terrible - the overthrow of the constitutional order. Then they called the boss, and the boss called his boss. Then they quickly packed the record and forwarded it to all television stations. I guess that's how it happened, if the indictment is to be believed.
Mysterious person
Who is the mystery person? There is no answer to that question, and realistically we are not sure that it even existed. Let's repeat the question and answer: Is it possible that all these "mystery person" wiretapping documents were fabricated after the fact to make the recording legal? Of course it is. Is it a serious crime? Of course it is. Such as serious crime and unauthorized recording.
Even if the matter ends soon the way it should end, that is, with the dismissal of the indictment, the suspension of the proceedings, in the absence of evidence, the matter has long gone beyond the level of "funny". Six people spent months in detention, first in prison in Klisa, and then in house arrest. The other six have been in political exile for months. Their lives were changed forever, for nothing. Someone has to be responsible for that.
"I think that the findings of the 'Insider' are a sort of prelude to the suspension of the proceedings. They prove that the evidence against the 'Novi Sad twelve' is illegal. However, we must find out who the person who was wiretapped is, and the reasons for her monitoring. Of course, if she exists, that is, if she was wiretapped at all. We must find out that name for the sake of justice, for the sake of our detainees and people in exile. We must solve that mystery for the sake of all of us who are in "If that person doesn't exist, or if it's made up that he was followed, then someone has to be responsible for that. We have to remove all the mysteries from this case," says Radivoje Jovović, president of the PSG board and member of the Vojvodina Assembly.
