The pompously announced portal "Ko si, bre, ti", intended for citizens who want to apply arrogant officials, he started working at the address kosibreti.rs.
The portal was launched a few days after someone pre-empted the regime and launched it a portal of the same name with a different top-level Internet domain, which has a generic domain (.org) instead of a national one (.rs), and after Vučić once again pompously announced the elections.
Like everything in the regime Aleksandar Vučić, and the regime portal "Ko si, bre, ti" creates an obsession and offers what u Serbia not in real life. It advertises itself as a "safe" place "to report corruption, abuse of authority and arrogant behavior that harms citizens and the public interest."
It is interesting that in addition to Cyrillic and Latin, there is no other option on the portal, for the languages of national minorities, for example, but this is probably a consequence of preconceptions or even the factual situation, that national minorities in Serbia, as in everything else, are also in the dark when it comes to arrogance.
What does Vučić's portal promise?
In an attempt at a new, widespread deception, on this portal the regime offers those who are ready to report abuses and arrogant behavior all the goodies of the rule of law: secure reporting, public interest, accountability and anonymity.
How much anonymity is guaranteed to the citizens of Serbia speaks volumes for the fact that the data from hearings or from the health records of those who are not at the will of Vučić are published in the regime media as if it were a weather forecast, and not legally protected details from private life.
There is a (justified) fear that Vučić's portal is actually intended as an online database of critics of the regime who, if they apply, will not create a list of arrogant officials, but will place themselves on the "black list".
And it is certainly part of the already heated pre-election campaign of the Serbian Progressive Party, which detected the widespread, arrogant behavior of its own officials as one of the biggest problems in its electorate.

How much the regime can really be expected to sanction those who would eventually be reported, and what Vučić's portal promises, can best be seen from how the government treats responsibility in the case fall of the canopy at the railway station in Novi Sad: zero responsible for the 16 victims, except, of course, the student Andrej Tank, who was sentenced to house arrest because he sprayed a police officer with water at a protest demanding responsibility for the tragedy in Novi Sad.
The President of Serbia, Aleksandar Vučić, announcing the opening of the portal, said that he expects the portal to help the authorities to behave "more responsibly, more seriously, to correct mistakes, but also to make many local and republican officials think twice before doing something bad or behaving arrogantly, arrogantly."
Why the competition is "collapsed"
The previously launched portal kosibreti.org is not operational at the time of writing this text.
It is possible that the portal, which was launched by anonymous searchers for responsibility, "fell" due to the great interest of citizens, but also that the regime, like any competition, in all political, social, economic and even sports segments, simply "knocked it down".
On that competitive portal, citizens could, among other things, see numerous questions to which the government has been avoiding answers for years. Thus, on the portal kosibreti.org, the question about the officials against whom the indictment in the case of the fall of the canopy in Novi Sad was dismissed, without any public explanation, was highlighted.
The portal also contained details about the construction of Belgrade on the water, the fenced camp in Pionirski Park, but also about the relationship of the education system in Serbia towards Jasenovac, and therefore about topics that even Vučić, in his confrontation with dissidents, characterizes as the "destruction of Serbia".
