Violence
It's strange, I'm surprised myself, when I realize that I discover that I, Ivan Ivanji, when I was his age, had a lot of similarities with the thirteen-year-old killer from "Ribnikar", about whose life and family circumstances, whether I wanted to or not, learned from the media. My father was also a doctor and owned a gun, a Browning pistol, and a permit to carry it because he was a reserve officer, a medical lieutenant colonel. When I was twelve, he taught me how to shoot. It's really strange, but I understand how the thirteen-year-old student of "Ribnikar" must have felt when the police took him out of the school where he committed mass murder - proud like I was when the Novi Sad policemen took me on the way to Auschwitz. Perpetrator or victim, it doesn't matter, it's about the child's feeling that he is suddenly very important
