Court: Aleksandar Martinović to pay 120.000 dinars for untruths about KRIK

In 2021, Aleksandar Martinović, Minister of Agriculture in the technical mandate, accused KRIK and its editor Stevan Dojčinović of money laundering and tax evasion in the Parliament. The court found that Martinović's claims were untrue and offensive, did not grant him parliamentary immunity and ordered the payment of compensation of 120.000 dinars.
