Removing air conditioners from facades: Too much cost for citizens

Amendments to the Law on Planning and Construction are in the parliamentary procedure, according to which it is forbidden to install air conditioners on the external facade, and the deadline for removing the existing ones is between two and ten years. If they do not do so within the stipulated period, citizens will pay a fine between 25.000 - 50.000 dinars. Experts believe that the state and citizens should share responsibility and costs
