Belgrade on the move: 30% of parking for cleaner air

If the City of Belgrade would allocate only 30% of the revenue it receives for parking into an ecological fund and use it to improve public transport and new bicycle paths, as they do abroad, the air in the city would be cleaner.

Who painted graffiti against Kesić in Belgrade?
