Suspects for killing three and injuring eight people in in German to the town of Solingen, Isa al H. (26), originally from Syria, was arrested on Saturday after surrendering to the police. He admitted that he had committed the crime, and North Rhine-Westphalia's interior minister, Herbert Reuhl, said that "they have a suspect they have been looking for all day."
The attacker in Solingen was arrested a little more than 24 hours after carrying out a knife attack in that city.
Isa al H. surrendered to the police patrol on Saturday evening, and his clothes were dirty and stained with blood, reports N1.
The Minister of the Interior of North Rhine-Westphalia Reuhl confirmed the arrest, and in connection with the search in the refugee accommodation in Sollingen, he said:
"We've been following hot leads all day and I can tell you that just a few minutes ago we successfully completed this search."

Isa al H. is a Sunni Muslim born in the Syrian city of Deir al-Sor, and he came to Germany at the end of December 2022 and applied for asylum in Bielefeld.
A year later, he received the so-called subsidiary protection, which is often granted to refugees from countries affected by civil war.
He was not previously known to security authorities as an Islamist extremist, although the so-called "Islamic State" claimed responsibility for the knife attack before the suspect was arrested.
Describing the man who carried out the attack in Sollingen as a "soldier of the Islamic State", the organization said in a statement on Telegram that he "carried out the attack in revenge for Muslims in Palestine and everywhere".
Three people were killed and eight wounded in a knife attack on the evening of August 23 at the Festival of Diversity, which commemorates the 650th anniversary of the founding of the city of Solingen.
