President of the USA Donald tramp he was forty minutes late for the press conference held at his Mar-a-Lago residence on the occasion of last night attack by the United States of America on Venezuela and the arrests and capture of President Nicolás Maduro and his wife Silvia Flores.
Just before the start, Trump posted a photo of Maduro on the boat on his Instagram profile Iwo Jima sailing towards New York – in a tracksuit, with a dark blindfold and headphones.
Maduro will face justice
Trump told reporters that it was a spectacular attack "the likes of which people have not seen since World War II. It was force against a military fortress in the heart of Caracas, with the goal of bringing dictator Nicolas Maduro to justice. It was one of the most impressive, effective, and powerful displays of force in U.S. history."
"No nation in the world could have achieved what we achieved yesterday," Trump said.
He announced that President Maduro and his wife are "facing American justice" and that "indictments have been filed against them in the New York Federal District for a campaign of deadly narco-terrorism against us and our citizens."
"Not a single American member of the armed forces was killed, and not a single piece of equipment was lost. We had many arrests, many aircraft participated in the attack, and not a single piece of equipment was lost and not a single member of the armed forces was injured," Trump said.
He also assessed that no other country in the world would be able to achieve what the USA has achieved.
The US is ready for a second wave
He added that US forces are ready for a second wave if necessary, "but the first attack was so successful that we probably don't need to do a second one."
Trump announced that the US will "lead" Venezuela until a "real transition" takes place.
"We're going to run the country until we can have a safe, proper, and sane transition. So we don't want to take the risk of somebody else coming in. We can't leave it to chance that somebody else takes over Venezuela. We're there now," Trump said.
"Until the time comes to make a proper transition, we will run the country."

He called Maduro a dictator and "drug king".
"The illegitimate dictator Maduro was the mastermind of a massive criminal network responsible for bringing lethal amounts of drugs into the United States, as alleged in the indictment. He oversaw a cartel called the 'Cartel de los Soles,' which exploited the nation with a deadly poison that led to the deaths of countless Americans. Over 100.000 over the years, because of him."
Oil business
"Many years after his term expired, he remained in power, during which he waged a continuous campaign of violence and terror against us, endangering not only our people but also the stability of the entire region," Trump said.
He assessed that the oil business in Venezuela has failed, and announced that the US will engage its companies "the largest anywhere in the world, which will come, invest billions, repair the badly damaged infrastructure and start bringing money to the country."
"We will make the people of Venezuela rich, independent and safe, and it will also make the many, many people from Venezuela who live in the United States extremely happy," President Donald Trump announced.
