The new interim prime minister of Syria and a key official of the administration led by the Islamist group Hayat Tarir al-Sham (HTS), Mohammed al-Bashir, is an engineer and politician, born in 1986 in the Jabal Zawiyah region of Idlib.
According to his biography published by the Government of National Salvation, he has several qualifications in the fields of engineering, law and administrative planning, writes "The New Arab".
He graduated in electrical engineering and electronics, specialized in communications at the University of Aleppo in 2007, and in 2010 he completed the English language course.
