After the scenes that testify to the panic that prevailed among the citizens after the application of force that could be a ""sound stop"," the voice of the narrator is heard.
"This is neither a building, nor an avalanche, nor an airplane. The government made a gorge out of the street, directed its malice at us and demonstrated force. Based on the analysis, it is not a babaroga, but a cannon... but not a sound one," said the narrator.
He goes on to explain that the sound is produced as a result of an intense directed air mass in the form of a ring and that it would not have been heard if the gathered protesters and students had not been silent.
"The ionized air mass interferes with electronic devices and affects everything in the axis of the hoop and must be released from above. We were told - you are a mob, a flock, a herd, a pack, a flock, guinea pigs," continued the narrator in the short film FDU in the blockade.
As he explains, with that move "they mocked both the living and the dead".
"All the characters in this story are fictional. For the government, they don't exist and will make sure it stays that way," adds the narrator.
After the scenes from the protest held on March 15 in Belgrade, the voice of the narrator is heard saying: "We have to prove that we are not afraid, because if it stops after that...why did we do all this."
At the end of the film, a part of the speech of the President of Serbia, Aleksandar Vučić, was played, whose voice was modified: "If it is proven that the sound cannon was used against the demonstrators, I am no longer the president."
In the part of the film where the narrator says that the action of the sound cannon must have been from above, frames of the Albany Palace are shown.
Around 19:15 p.m., while hundreds of thousands of citizens at the protest on March XNUMX in Belgrade silently paid tribute to the victims of the fall of the canopy at the Novi Sad railway station, those gathered in Ulica Kralja Milana suddenly dispersed from the roadway before an onslaught of, as they describe, strong and unusual sounds and vibrations.
So far, there is no official information on what caused such a reaction, but many have put forward a theory about the use of a sound cannon.
After the protest, witnesses talked about loud sounds, vibrations in the body, and some said that they felt heat shocks.
In a few days, the government in Serbia went from the fact that the police do not have a "sound cannon" to admitting that the police do have such devices, but that they "never used them."

At an extraordinary session of the parliament, a law was adopted approving a loan of 1,9 billion euros for the purchase of Rafale aircraft. The opposition is against, but the amendments did not pass
Zorica Slavković Marjanović, one of the suspects in the canopies case, has had her custody terminated and a measure prohibiting her from leaving the apartment with electronic surveillance
The beginning of the third day of the extraordinary session of the Assembly was marked by the discussion on the Law on Alimony Fund, and mutual accusations were made. There was also talk of a tent settlement in Pionirski Park, better known as Ćaciland
In the third address to the public, the President sat on the terrace, which he likes the most, because he is above the people, and on the terrace, it was as if he had won a gold medal at the Olympics.
Vučić's regime is really heading towards its inevitable end. The damage he has done in almost all spheres of society is great and difficult to repair. And it will be greater the more the final departure is delayed and prolonged. Exactly what that end will be like and what it will look like, no one can predict with certainty. But it can be said with a lot of certainty that, if this "our" opposition party, i.e. the anti-regime side managed to get rid of some of its pains, that departure must have been faster and more certain. What kind of ailments are we talking about?
The dramatic appeal of United Media employees shows what can happen when the media is controlled by the regime and corporations. It is happening in Serbia now. If the audience does not recognize this, an even blacker media darkness threatens
Aleksandar Vučić now has only the old, proven methods of classic dictatorships left, because these modern methods of insanity and poisoning the public are failing. And that, however, goes against his head
Vučić is not defending the state, but himself from the state. With a drum on his back and a guitar in his hands, this man-orchestra performs two or three of the same songs without hearing, with falsifications and falling out of rhythm. His government and politics are like that. In short - dangerous for the environment
