The students recalled that the Emergency Center denied the information that citizens reported the failure of the heart rhythm control device, which corresponds to the effect of the means for emitting sound waves.
Students in the blockade of the Medical Faculty of the University of Belgrade, they protested first in front Emergency center, and invited the citizens to join them at the "Urgent before Urgent" protest, stating that health services are not blocked and that patients are not at risk, and then they headed to the Ministry of Health, shouting "pump" and blowing whistles.
The students are asking for information about the number of patients who came in with complaints after the incident during the March 15 protest.
They make noise in front of the Ministry of Health and shout "Students don't keep quiet", "Whoever doesn't jump, that's Ćaci" and "Resignations, then imprisonment".
The students stated in a statement that after the protest on Saturday, March 15, a large number of students and citizens felt ailments such as nausea, vomiting, dizziness, headaches and ringing in the ears, for which they sought help from the on-call facilities of the University Clinical Center of Serbia.
It was also stated that citizens reported the failure of heart rhythm control devices, as well as that a large number of citizens suffered orthopedic injuries during the stampede in Ulica Kralja Milana.
"Citizens' disturbance and stampede were caused by a device whose effects correspond to the effect of a device for emitting sound waves - a weapon that is prohibited in Serbia under Article 106 of the Law on Police", stated in the statement of the students in the blockade of the Belgrade Faculty of Medicine.

They noted that the Emergency Center denied the information and condemned the "spread of panic", stating that they were working as usual and that the ambulances were not "overwhelmed" by patients with "sonic shock" symptoms.
"In the afternoon hours, on Sunday, March 16, citizens addressed us, stating that they were the target of targeting in the Emergency Center, by marking the admission sheets with PROTEST written on them." They were informed that they cannot be examined in case they complain about the mentioned ailments, acquired during the protest," stated the statement of the students.
Authorities have dismissed allegations that a sound cannon was used during a 15-minute silence at a March 15 protest in Belgrade, when an as-yet-unidentified sound was heard that caused confusion in the crowd. For now, there is no official information about what caused such a reaction from the crowd.
"We consider the denial of medical assistance an unacceptable act." We are aware that the majority of UC employees are not part of these shameful events," the statement of the students of the Faculty of Medicine in Belgrade reads.
They demand that the University Clinical Center of Serbia publish accurate information about the number of patients who came to the Emergency Center with the mentioned ailments after the protest.
They also demand from the Medical Chamber of Serbia that every healthcare worker who participated in "targeting of patients, denial of healthcare and political labeling of individuals, which directly violated the Hippocratic Oath, be held accountable for their actions."
The Higher Public Prosecutor's Office (VJT) in Belgrade ordered the First Basic Public Prosecutor's Office to form a case and identify the people who spread information to the public that the Emergency Center treated dozens of citizens on Saturday with ailments that could be caused by the impact of the so-called "sound cannon".
The VJT statement states that they reacted after the Emergency Center of the University Clinical Center of Serbia denied these allegations that appeared on social networks.
The non-governmental organization Belgrade Center for Human Rights announced on March 16 that a large number of citizens contacted them who felt the effect of the sound cannon at Saturday's protest.
It is also stated that the citizens felt a strong heat wave, a roar and something that resembles the sound of a plane or a car going at high speed and then "like a wind that moves them and knocks them down, as if a rocket had passed."

Police, masked and tattooed, beat and arrest, then the next day they only legitimize students and citizens, then again beat, arrest and tie the arrested and injured "terrorists" to hospital beds, despite that "Kadinjača did not fall"
The collective frustration of Thompson's right-wing and ultra-right-leaning audience is confusing. Especially since the Croatian nationalists fulfilled all historical plans - from an independent state, through membership in the EU and NATO to the reduction of the number of Serbs to the level of a statistical error
We should not expect enlightenment from regime apologists. But from the oppositional humanistic intelligentsia, we should expect the destruction of the coercion of moralism. Respond to batons in anatomy class as well
Criminals, the corrupt and their spokesmen must be brought before the courts and there must be no rotten compromises. But where will the other dissenters "go"? Enmity towards them, labels and derisive nicknames applied to each member of the group, lack of genuine dialogue, could only lead to the continuation of social discord and sabotage of the country's democratic development.
If we are neutral while students are being imprisoned, girls and boys are being beaten for God's justice, democracy is being suppressed, dissenters are being dehumanized, corruption is continuing that kills and many other evil things are being done - then nothing
A policeman and a policewoman were filmed pulling a student's hair in an attempt to extort her. It is a classic example of torture, a gross violation of the law for which they would have to bear the consequences
