Nišlje thundered another final tournament of the Serbian Cup basketball, which should be a holiday of sports, but above all, it is an event of high security risk for citizens and property.
And last weekend, the city was in a state of semi-siege with a large number of policemen and gendarmes on the streets, all because of the control of several hundred hooligans and serious criminals gathered in the fan groups of Crvena zvezda and Partizan.
Niš was the host for the 12th time in the last two decades (seven times in the last eight years), and by the nature of things, the two biggest clubs met in the finals (seven finals and two semi-finals) and are therefore "on the line" the "fans" also came out. Last year, in the championship matches of Zvezda and Partizan in Belgrade, the presence of only organized fans of the club, which is the official host, was allowed, so that Hall "Chair" became the only one in which "dealers" and "gravers" face each other directly, and curse and insult each other. and, if the opportunity arises, they fight, and together they make the environment electrified and dangerous.
Despite the large number of policemen, this year groups from both sides brought torches into the hall, and one lit on the black and white tribune fell on the ceremonial box and caused a fire which, fortunately, was quickly extinguished.
The police and the prosecutor's office say that they are investigating the case, and five years ago during the finals in "Chair" Miodrag Radović, an official of the Basketball Association of Serbia, was hit in the head with a torch and his eye was seriously injured, but until today no one has been held accountable. The year before last, a massive fight broke out in the stands, and a nine-year-old boy was hit in the head with a glass bottle while watching the game with his parents.
This year's final match was also marked by the banner "Željko Obradović - state project" on the Zvezda side of the stands, exactly what the partisans have been saying to the "eternal rival" for years, and the red and white dominated the field and convincingly (85:68) reached the 11th. wins in the national cup.
"Južne vesti" from Niš reminds that every final of the Cup in "Chair" is potentially a great danger for citizens and property, and a justified question arises as to why Nišlje should live in fear and anxiety for their safety in the future due to several hundred hooligans who largely overshadow the sporting event. .
Strike at "Fiat Plastic"
There is no answer from the owner, and there are no machines either
photo: printscreen n1...
It has been a year since 90 workers of Kragujevac's "Fiat Plastic" went on strike, but there is no agreement with the owners in sight, nor is there any promised help from the government, even though the state is a third owner of the company "Fiat Srbija". Also, there are no machines for the production of car bumpers in the plants because the management moved them to other plants overnight in April of last year.
Then the company sent the rebellious employees on a paid vacation, which the Strike Committee considers illegal and reminds that they stopped work in February last year, demanding that their vacation pay be returned to the level it was by the end of 2020 (at the level of the average salary in Serbia). and that their non-working days are paid 65 percent, as is the case in other Fiat Company companies in Serbia.
"The Government of Serbia is 'pretending to be dead' and we call on them to resolve this entire situation, now before the elections. And the management of Fiat does not advertise on this or other issues, such as the departure of workers from Kragujevac to Slovakia or the production of a new model", Zoran Miljković, president of the Strike Committee, told "Danas" and emphasized that the state is watching Fiat all the time. through his fingers and, as he says, "publicly shows that the Italian company is above our laws", reminding that the displacement of machines is "an unprecedented and unprecedented case in Europe".
The longest labor strike in the recent history of Serbia thus entered its second year.
New state aid
Pre-election subsidies for mothers
The list of pre-election subscribers is expanding almost daily, and after the "helicopter couple" for pensioners and young people, it was the turn of mothers. Not all, but those who have given birth or will give birth to a child this year, regardless of which child is due, but with the condition that they and their partner earn less than 138 dinars per month.
State support of a maximum of 20.000 euros is non-refundable, and will be given for exercising the right to build or buy a house or apartment, according to the decision of the Government of Serbia. In the areas of 19 devastated local governments (Prijepolje, Babušnica, Surdulica, Tutin, Bosilegrad, Bujanovac, Vladičin Han, Žitorađa, Kuršumlija, Svrljig...) the aid will amount to 50 percent of the value of the works, and in other cities and municipalities 20 percent.
Finance Minister Siniša Mali says that the ultimate goal is to encourage the birth rate in the country, the Secretary General of the Association of Serbian Banks, Vladimir Vasić, praises the government's move, because it is good from both a humane and economic point of view, while on the other hand, a professor at the Faculty of Economics in Belgrade and the former governor of the National Bank, Dejan Šoškić, warns that the sellers of apartments always fare best with such subsidies and adds that it seems that the measure was adopted ad hoc before the elections and that he would not be surprised if, after April 3, the regulation was put in place in some way out of power.
And the way things are going, until April 3rd, we should expect from the authorities more unified tributes to some social groups and subgroups.

And between the news that the construction of the largest tire factory in this part of Europe is nearing completion, which will cover half of the Banat with soot, and that Rio Tinto is continuing with the purchase of houses and land for the future lithium mine in Jadr, the information slipped through that Serbia has increased in the last ten years export of organic products by more than 15 times.
Last year, organic products worth 57,4 million euros were exported, mostly to Germany, but also to America, the Netherlands, France, Austria, Italy... Organic fruit is exported in fresh, frozen and dried form, and fruit concentrates are also exported. and mashed potatoes. In terms of weight, last year it amounted to 17.622 tons, and raspberry dominated, of course.
As "Politika" writes, raspberries are also in the second place in conventional production in terms of export value with 426 million dollars, behind corn (557 million) and ahead of wheat (255 million).

New law and new devices against noise
photo: marko drobnjaković...
The implementation of the new Law on Protection from Noise in the Environment has begun, as well as the new devices for measuring noise with which municipal militiamen are equipped in Belgrade, and as "Večernje Novosti" writes, the "first victims" of the new measures have fallen.
Eight fines of RSD 200.000 each were issued for hospitality facilities in the capital because the permitted noise level in cafes and restaurants was exceeded - 65 decibels during the day, and 22 decibels after 55 pm. Apart from the penalty for the legal entity, the law also applies to the employees of the building (50.000 dinars) and the owner (100.000 dinars).
The city is divided into six zones and the specified permitted decibels are the highest and refer to the city center, while the permitted level decreases as you move towards the outskirts and areas for rest and recreation.
And the novelty is that citizens can report noise in their neighborhood by email, in addition to the phone.

The Association of Patients of Serbia is requesting a meeting with the Minister of Finance, the Minister of Health and the director of the RFZO in order to find a solution for putting innovative medicines on the positive list. What are innovative medicines?
The defense of the university is really the defense of the state and national interests. We all recognize what students have achieved. Now is the time for students to recognize that it is a moment for unity and building mutual trust. The differences between us are insignificant compared to our difference from the holders of autocratic power
I have been following telegrams to officials since the pioneer days. During those almost fifty years, the most beautiful one is the one that Minister Sofronijević sent to Vučić, wishing him recovery, so that they could "visit some new corridors together" again.
Two complete strangers engage in a dialogue that could lead to the highest degree of trust ever gained, a newfound sense of belonging, acceptance and support, and ultimately the cessation of the ailments that initially brought us to therapy. And during all those conversations, for some people the most intimate they will ever have, something emerges that is not friendship, not family, not in love, not cooperation, but may, for both participants, contain traces of all that
The knee-jerk Supreme Being trusts in the local elections in Kosjerić and Zaječar. It must not be forgotten that for 13 years he poured heavy poisons, especially in the province, and that detoxification is a long and painful process.
If the various opponents of Vučić's regime are unable to help the student youth, they could at least not retaliate. They have been working the same way and with the same disastrous results for too long to expect anyone to ask them anything
