Four televisions with a national frequency for the New Year on a total of five channels will not offer anything that has not been seen before
Music, old domestic comedies, some action film and classics that have already been shown many times for the New Year's holidays will mark this time as well TV programs in the "craziest night" and the days after it. Television that can "go back" and huge video clubs offered by TV operators are increasingly questioning the justification of recording New Year's programs.
RTS1
The New Year's program on RTS1 begins at 20:XNUMX p.m. with a special New Year's episode of the "Radio Mileva" series, followed by the New Year's program "The Year with RTS", which brings everything we've already seen, although the public service did not spare words of self-praise:
"In the manner of awarding the world's biggest awards, representatives of the best serial, film, music, educational, entertainment, and sports events that we covered on Radio and Television of Serbia in 2024 will walk the red carpet. The most beautiful melodies performed by the biggest stars of popular music, famous actors and TV presenters, the best athletes, orchestras, dance ensembles. All this makes up a show that will last from 21 p.m. on December 31 until deep into the night of the first day of 2025."
At two minutes to midnight on RTS1, the live broadcast of the New Year's fireworks from the Belgrade Tower will begin.
Even when it comes to the film program, the so-called film marathon, there will be no surprises on RTS1. The first film to be broadcast in 2025 will be the Russian comedy "The Servant", with Miloš Biković, and then the films "Žika's Dynasty" and "The Second Žika's Dynasty" will follow. As the order established in the 1s dictates, on the evening of January 1 on RTSXNUMX, viewers will have the opportunity to see one action film and one sci-fi film, "Hell Streets: Hobbs and Shaw", with two actors who have played the same role all their lives. , Dwayne Johnson and Jason Statham, and after him "Oblivion" in which Tom Cruise hunts aliens with his beautiful partner.
On January 1, RTS2 decided to make its viewers laugh, almost with fresh local comedies "Let's Love", "Let's Love 2" and "Zika's Dynasty 3: Crazy Years". In the evening, the biographical film "The Week" is on the program, even though January 2 is a Thursday.
RTS2
RTS2 will broadcast six films as part of the film marathon on December 31, including the action "Big Booty" with Samuel L. Jackson and the adventure "The Exile" in which Tom Hanks crashes on a desert island in the company of a ball whose face is actually the print of a red bloody hand (and that's why the editorial staff of RTS should prepare to be scrubbed because of the subliminal message of support for the protests).
After the return of Tom Hanks to civilization, viewers of RTS2 will be able to enjoy the crime classic "The French Connection" and its sequel, then the Russian action film about firefighters, with a very intriguing and innovative name that gives very little idea of the plot - "Požar" and finally in the biographical film "Amundsen".
As on RTS 1, at two minutes to midnight on RTS2, the live broadcast of the New Year's fireworks from the Belgrade Tower will begin.
From 11.15:2 on RTS1 on January XNUMX, a live broadcast of the Vienna Philharmonic's New Year's concert will traditionally be broadcast.
TV First
The New Year's program on TV Prva will be made up of the New Year's specials of the shows "Exclusive" and "The Weakest Link" and the films "Suicide Squad", "Three Thousand Years of Longing" and completely logically for New Year's Eve - "Crazy Christmas in the Office".
TV Prva consistently continues celebrating the holidays on January 1, when the movie "Dangerous Moms 2: Christmas" is on the program, followed by "The Legend of Tarzan."
TV B92
TV B92 decided to completely surprise its viewers by showing the film "Superman" from 1978, which is a completely unexpected choice of film for the New Year's program. Viewers will welcome midnight on that television with the movie "Wonder Woman", and right after it, the films "Wonder Woman 1984" and How to Get Rid of Santa Claus will be emotional.
On January 92, TV B1 continues with surprises for viewers in the form of the movie "Superman 2" from 1980, which will be broadcast around noon. In the evening, two more recent films about Superman follow, "The Return of Superman" and "Superman: Man of Steel", but even though they are more recent, neither of those two films talk about the favorite superhero of the TV B92 editorial staff with an address on Andrićevo venc.
TV Happy
According to the available data, TV Happy will promote the character and work of the President of Russia Vladimir Putin from 20:21.45 to 2025:1 on New Year's Eve in the program "Aktuelnosti", followed by a music special and series. On the first day of XNUMX, the program TV schedule on Hepi does not differ in any way from any other day, so only the President of Serbia, Aleksandar Vučić, could change that stalemate, if he invites himself to "Ćirilica" on January XNUMX.
Four ski jumps
The famous Four Jumps Tour started in Oberstdorf on December 28th with qualifications and on December 29th with competition in Oberstdorf, and will continue in Garmisch-Partenkirchen on December 31st with qualifications and January 1st with jumps, in Innsbruck on January 2nd with qualifications and January 3rd with jumps, and it ends in Bischofshofen on January 5 with the qualifications and on January 6 with the jumps.
