Falsified records

Finally, I was allowed to look at the files of cases K-64/99 and K-679/99, as recommended by judge Nevenka Važić, mentioning it in her response to the article in "Vremen". I had something to see: phantom minutes from the main trials, no doubt falsified. To make it clearer to the readers, it is necessary to simplify the whole plot: there is a private lawsuit (K-64/99) against a certain Vladimir Šekrevski for endangering security, which is far more harmless than the indictment against the same person for falsifying an official document and misappropriating $117.000. The judge of the III Municipal Court, Nada Mihajlović, logically issued a written order to combine the mentioned cases and, of course, scheduled the hearings on the same day and time. However, in both files K-64/99 and K-679/99 there are minutes from the main hearings with the same content typed on different typewriters as if two typists wrote the minutes at the same time at the same hearing, which would otherwise be nonsense in court practice.

In other words, a mystery arose as to who decided to separate the cases because it was not registered in the files, that is, there is no such order. It was a brilliantly thought out scenario that by suspending the proceedings of an insignificant private suit case (K-64/99) the proceedings were suspended due to my alleged delay in the trial. This allowed the second case (K-679/99) to suffer the same fate and allowed the defendant to take $117.000. All this indicates an increased degree of social danger from all those who participated in it. A serious investigation, which I am ready for, would have to hear under oath me, recorders Vesna Milenković and Danica Senčanski, jury judges Ivan Bjelajc and Milo Krža, as well as the clerk of the criminal registry of the III Municipal Court, and whether they are on trial after the merger of the mentioned files, two parallel minutes with the same text were typed, which now exist in both cases. With this, I consider the controversy over, with the readiness to remove my name from the list of lawyers if it is determined that my statements are untrue.
