Because of all this, it should be said that it is not: Bitef achieved what 59. Bitef did not. He united people, gave them strength, proved who was right and who was wrong.
It should also be added that Milo Rau, a European director, came to Belgrade because of Bitef, even though he is persona non grata of the Serbian authorities. Yes for no: Bitef prepared a play Pelico Process which, because of him and not because of the play because he didn't even see it, was rejected by the Board of the 59th Bitef.
Pelico Process is a co-production of the Vienna Festival and the Avignon Festival, whose authors are Milo Rau and playwright Servan Decl. It was previously performed in Lisbon, Warsaw and Stockholm. Through a public reading of the files from the recently concluded court process initiated by the Frenchwoman Giselle Pellicot against her rapists, this play provides a documentary testimony to the system that allows domestic violence to go unnoticed.

According to European criticism, Pelico Process is one of the best performances this year. The audience at the Faculty of Drama last night saw it for free.
