New BITEF Board
For the Committee Bitef festival Ana Veljković and Srđan Obrenović, who remained in this body from the previous convocation, were elected, and the new members are Uroš Mijatović and Miloš Latinović, director of the Bitef Theater. The Chairman of the Board is Spasoje Ž. Milovanović, announced "Danas".
The names of the other new members of the management boards of institutions and events are not known because the number of the Official Gazette of Belgrade in which it would be published has not yet appeared.
For "Vreme", Jelena Medaković previously said that, unlike previous years, now the management boards were elected on time, in order to give the events enough time to prepare programs for this year's editions.
"I believe that the new Bitef Board, to which we have returned a representative of the Bitef Theater institution, which is the organizer of the festival, gives a guarantee that the festival will be held this year," said Jelena Medaković.

Spasoje Z. Milovanović (1971), a playwright by training, was until recently the director of the National Theater in Niš. Before that, he was a dramaturg at the National Theater in Kruševac, and from 2013 to 2015, acting director of Drama at the National Theater in Belgrade when Dejan Savić was the manager. He founded the festival "At the Crossroads", which he said was patronized by Aleksandar Vučić. He did not allow the ProGlas panel to be held in the National Theatre. He received his doctorate at the Faculty of Dramatic Arts.
