If Borges could write reviews of non-existent books, so can the "Review of the Week" expert jury. With a cry of "Umba, umba" the members rushed to Vučićevo written "How I won" color revolution".
Although expected, the difficulties could not be overcome. In a discussion worthy of Đuka or Jovanov, part of the jury claimed that the work belongs to the genre of fantasy with a pinch of horror. For others, this is unacceptable - according to them, it is a painful psychological drama. They are refuted by others declaring the book a popular self-help manual.
In the end, like ProGlas, which could not decide whether the June elections should be boycotted or not, the jury left the criticism to the audience.
Moral vertical
At the same time, Bata Gašić was declared a national asset. Namely, KRIK was legally condemned because it explained the term "being on the cauldron". He appeared in a wiretapped video at the trial of the criminal group of Zoran Jotić Jotka. Specifically: the members of this gang said that the then director of the BIA was "on the cauldron" of their boss. Then why was KRIK condemned?
"It is about an official who performs the job of BIA director from whom the public expects strong moral and professional competence," the Court of Appeal explains the verdict.
A man here has to drink his mother's milk. What black "moral and professional competence"? So isn't Bata Gašić a walking collection of affairs - from a sexist insult to a journalist, through a helicopter crash to the case of Jovanjica? And didn't Vučić have to apologize to Germany because of his "competent" babbling?
But this is the country we live in…
Justice for Terzic
Surrounded by six men (workers or the police?), the mayor of Kraljevo was taken out of the town assembly at a running pace while a large number of citizens threw eggs at him. In those moments, Predrag Terzić looked like a mafia boss who was acquitted by a bribed court, so now he has to go through the relatives and friends of his victims.
He was never worthy of any office. The film went viral after his comments on social media: mocking the victims of the tragedy in Novi Sad by posting a red middle finger and calling the student rebels Ustasha.
In truth, no one voted for Terzić, but for the holder of all progressive electoral lists of every local community, every municipality and every city up to the National Assembly. This hijacking of the state by Vučić made senseless even the appearance of fair and honest elections.
That's why justice for Terzić. He came to office because he had all the qualities that his list holder is looking for and rewarding.
When you draw a line under all this, in the country we live in, no one has any idea what its president is talking about, journalists are punished by the justice of God, scandal-mongering magnates are declared saints, and public office holders spread public scandal.
People – how long will we do this?
