If you think there's no worse option than starting your day with Pink, trust me - there is: it's having Pink's day start with you. I'm telling you from experience: I was still eating breakfast when I received a report that "something was being done to me on Pink". I don't receive that frequency, but that's why I verified the website of RTV Pink, and there I found the cause of the distraction: pink folk educators recited the entire text of Krstić Nebojša, the one who is on duty in "Blic" on Tuesdays. And, what does Nebojsa say nicely? Translated into Serbian, that I (criminally teaming up with my ilk) had Zoran Đinđić killed - that is, negligently or intentionally created a "pretext" for that murder - and now I am preparing to decapitate Aleksandar Vučić as well. He doesn't say it like that, but a wink is very clear and unambiguous. Somehow it seems to me that this man, if anything, slightly overestimates my powers, but come on now. We better see what this is all about.
The text is called "Mocking Assassination and the Likeness"; the title may be editorial, but it faithfully follows the spirit of the text. The entire column, except for the last three sentences, consists of quotes from Peščanik from the first three years of this century, and the authors are Svetlana Lukić, the director Goran Marković and my littleness. At the end, follows Krstić's three-sentence comment: "Do you see in these quotes a similarity with what the 'elite' is saying today?" Are you afraid? Me too."
What scared the fearful Krstic so much? Obviously, the black magic murderousness of the words I spoke, and from which Zoran Đinđić died, albeit delayed (so maybe Jovanović Zvezdan should be released, so that the innocent man does not rot in prison? Maybe my words are actually the apocryphal "third bullet"? ), and since I'm now drumming for Vučić as well, God forgive me, who knows what's waiting for him too... Oh well, what can I do? murderous I say? Here is the quote, as it appears in "Blic": "Not so many years ago, that Đinđić allowed himself to advocate some completely different concepts, not to mention the famous ox on the Pale, so he is a pragmatic man beyond tolerance." Teofil Pančić, "Peščanik" March 27, 3.
Only Mr. God, Comrade Đavo and Krstić Nebojša know what these words of mine have to do with the assassination and "mocking" him, words uttered almost a year before the same?! All that exists in those sentences is a legitimate political criticism that, as a journalist who tries to analyze social reality and processes, I express to the prime minister at the time - as I do to the current one (admittedly, their similarities end here, to Krstić's regret) - and behind which I stand to this day and I don't understand what the problem is? In what that's right I was wrong? Or, even if I didn't (because everyone has the right to disagree), what is illegitimate in my position? And especially: what legitimizes Krstić's placing of that quote in the context of the assassination of Đinđić, and also "zolja" for Vučić?
Namely, Krstić's text appears in the days when the story of "zolja" and similar weapons found near the house of Vučić's parents in Jajinci is the main news, and the real subject of Krstić's spin. Meggutto, on what I think of violence of any kind by anyone - let alone murder! - as a means of political struggle is evidenced by my entire civil and work bibliography, and I have nothing to add to that, much less to take away. How fortunate that the same can be said for many others, starting with the so-called Vučić. So what am I doing in Krstić's text and Krstić's context? I have no idea, that's not the question for me. But the fact that I don't know what I'm doing in that group doesn't mean that I don't know what he tricked me into. Oh, I know very well: it is a matter of vile and villainous insinuation and denunciation, drawing a target on the forehead and nothing else. It cannot be called anything else, if we are not going to lie to ourselves and pretend that mućak is not mućak and that shit is not shit.
The motives of Krstić Nebojša for what he does are not only unknown to me, but I am also completely indifferent to them. Sincere belief, profiteering "Bothism", benevolent stupidity, corrupting meanness or something else, I don't care. In each of those (or any other) cases, I am the one who is dragged around by the Pinks, so that every illiterate fool and sleazeball would not get the impression of the week that I am a serial killer of Serbian prime ministers, or at least the best hot-headed and like-minded killer.
Although "nothing is funny to me", as Krstić's recent political libling would say, it is amusing how Krstić does not even know how to compose elegantly in all of this, instead he does it like giving a woodcutter to repair a Stradivari violin. So, do you know how that monologue of mine from Peščanik, the one that Krstić quoted above, continues as a terrible record? Here it is: "However, it's those boners who are driving me towards Đinđić" (Peščanik, show no. 90). Yes, that's my position at the time, varied countless times in texts and public appearances: a reasonable critical distance towards the authorities, including Zoran Đinđić, but at all times fully aware that it is still the best option on offer, which in every situation - he simply has to support the situation. It was the same in all subsequent years. Violence, on the other hand, is absent, there is no invocation of him, no justification, no flirting with him, no mocking of his victims, none of that - it was and remains on the other side. The one to which even one Vučić always belonged (okay, until yesterday-the day before yesterday), and I, damn it, never. Well, I'm not going to change camps even in the old days. And Krstić Nebojša as he wants. Wherever he is headed, he belongs there.
