Since it was leaked to the public that it was Sasa Vukovic Boske May 12th killed Aleksandar Nešović Baju, The Higher Public Prosecutor's Office in Belgrade, headed by Chief Public Prosecutor Nenad Stefanović, is rapidly issuing contradictory statements.
However, one can recognize the constant that with each new statement of VJT, the role of former Belgrade police chief Veselin Milić in the Senjak murder looks more and more benign, so he went from the status of the second defendant and the first star of the indictment to the status of a random guest of the restaurant "27" who finished his dinner before everything happened and went home.
The third man
More than a month after the murder, Tanjug "learns" that in a joint action of the High Public Prosecutor's Office in Belgrade, the Criminal Police Directorate (UKP) and the Special Anti-Terrorist Unit (SAJ), another suspect was arrested for complicity in the serious murder of Baja. This newly arrested person is more or less suspected of "preparing the ground for this serious murder or even personally shooting at Nešović together with Bosket, who has been in custody since May 14", reported Tanjug.
The evil tongues conveyed by the "occupational media platforms", as Vučić would say, claim that it is a matter of conscious listening to the public in order not to kill an unpleasant truth for the progressive government.
Milić, increasingly innocent
Without going into the technical and legal details of the blood crime investigation in which, based on the (current) point of view of the investigating authorities, the former head of the Belgrade police is also involved, these subsequent findings, looking at them with common sense, seem rather strange.
The elite Belgrade residential district where the crime was committed is covered with cameras, each ambassador's residence has its own security, and in the neighborhood there are wealthy citizens of Serbia and/or Republika Srpska and Montenegro who, it should be assumed, took certain measures fearing for their own safety, so they also have some surveillance of the area.
Restaurant "27" also has its own cameras, and several people witnessed the murder there.
Given that Veselin Milić is also somehow involved in everything, it should be assumed that all available police forces and the best inspectors are involved in the investigation.
And despite all that, the only thing that can be said with certainty for now is that the former first policeman of Belgrade fell into the second plan of crime from the first with a tendency to fall into the third.
Taking Milić out of the equation
If this trend continues, it will turn out that the prosecutor Stefanović in the initial panic accused and imprisoned an innocent man. At this moment, Milić is suspected of the criminal offense of failure to report the criminal offense and the perpetrator.
If the former advisor of Aleksandar Vučić for the fight against corruption and crime is removed from the whole murder equation, then it turns out that the representatives of the progressive government have nothing to do with the murder of Nešović, but that it is a mutual reckoning between criminals. As "Informer" beautifully writes: "The bloody murder in Senjak shook the underground!" Not the government.
As things stand, only Hercule Poirot or Sherlock Holmes could solve this case.
