Well, it is. By assuming responsibility for the affair, the General Staff tried to achieve two goals. The first is to ensure that his collaborators do not become witnesses-collaborators because, well, he firmly stands behind them.
The second goal is TOK itself. Its members now know that they have the entire executive branch against them including Xatsiland merged with the police, the BIA and the tabloids. And what they are ready for and how they see the rule of law, the public has long known.

Concretely - it shows that Vučić, for the sake of maintaining his personal power, is ready to tear apart Serbia as a state to the extent that not a single stone will remain in it.
Until now, he has declared and promised all kinds of things, threatened and scared many people. Therefore, in the context of the pogrom of prosecutors, it is worth quoting the words of the president of the High Prosecutor's Council, Branko Stamenković, in the new issue of "Vremena": "Threats against public prosecutors or attacks on us constitute a special crime for which the law threatens a significant prison sentence, and we - as a system - pay special attention to such cases."
