Nazi Germany was a criminal state, but in order to rule Hitler established some kind of legal order. A terrible, monstrous order that excluded citizens of Jewish origin from the community by the Nuremberg Laws (they became non-citizens by force of law), but grateful Germans functioned within some kind of order. The Soviet Union was also a criminal creation, but the legal order existed. If the citizen was perceptive enough to understand the contradictions of dialectical materialism, or believed in what, without a certain amount of stupidity, cannot be believed, he could rely on order.
The regime of Aleksandar Vučić, however, destroyed the legal and political order it found, but did not create a new one, and without (some kind of) order one cannot govern.
In the Nazi and Communist regimes, culture was an extremely important factor. Both the Nazis and the Communists allocated considerable money to what they considered culture. There were all sorts of idiotic projects. For example, expensive archeological research that was supposed to prove the connection between the Germans and the ancient Greeks and the ancient Romans (since Hitler did not like that his ancestors were shaggy, dirty and primitive Germans), Speer's monumental palaces that would have been magnificent even as ruins, sculpture, what not... The Soviet communists, on the other hand, nurtured socialist realism, cultivated regime writers, poets, painters, sculptors, musicians, devoted themselves to science and tried to land on the moon before the Americans. It was mostly nonsense, but both of them knew that without it, without some kind of culture and without some kind of order - they could not rule.
Polygon of nonsense
Serbia, on the other hand, has been a training ground for the destruction of order, culture and meaning for thirteen years. In that training ground of lawlessness, violence and senselessness, nothing of civilizational values remained, but the regime did not offer new values. The Nazi pure Aryan and superman is a crazy construction, but it is was the value. The new Soviet man, morally superior and ideologically pure as a tear, is wicked nonsense, but it is was the value. The primitive Vučić team, however, is unable to articulate a new value, because it does not understand that values arise from culture. Nothing remains behind them (except for the tracks of stinking excrement and the vampirized Baja little Knindža).
Even some Nazis and some communists managed to end up behind bars if they did something epically stupid. Ordinary criminals, when they were caught, were kept in prisons, whereas here membership in SNS is a guarantee that the law does not apply to you, so you cannot end up in such an unpleasant place. How else would it be possible for a convicted criminal to break the camera of a journalist crew he doesn't like - in the presence of the police.
And you can't rule like that. Because if you have nothing to offer - and Vučić and the camarilla have nothing more to offer the citizens, except insanity from tabloid poison shops - then you desperately cling to insane projects like the General Staff and, like the Nazis in the terminal phase of the regime, indulge in unnatural fornication similar to what is happening in the unhygienic settlement known as Ćaciland.
