Well, for money and nothing else. Grujičić is certainly well aware that more and more hospitals are stocking up on medical supplies. Mali, again, has other priorities. Let's say - "honoring" before the upcoming elections, and maybe he misses donations to Trump, his son-in-law and similar mega-project friends. That's why colleague Grujičić should be patient. It will also be for patients, at least those who can make it to the summer.
It seems that Aleksandar Vučić will form the new government again during the stoppage time. The previous dates on the appointment of the prime minister and ministers were blown away like a feather by the wind. The progressive supermajority in the parliament is useless to him. What is this about? About money and nothing else. Vučić has to appease party factions with appointments, sinecures and lucrative appointments.
This is really not easy: the progressives are insufferable, and their boss has to choose from whom to take in order to give to others. Although it sometimes seems so, the state budget is still not a universe that can be infinitely expanded despite the country's cosmic indebtedness.

How far they are willing to go is evidenced by their unspeakable dishonor and moral cretinism after the disappearance of two-year-old Danka Ilić.
