Don't believe it! Shock! Addicts of address of the President of Serbia in crisis! Pink and Informer relieve but do not cure the symptoms. And then, after twenty-four hours of drama, Aleksandar Vučić thundered on RTS. There he offered dialogue because - "conversation is healing."
As he sees the treatment, he demonstrated to the journalist. The tortured woman's voice trembled as he questioned her because of the Radio Belgrade announcer who, after reading it, vaporized the paper with the SNS announcement. It was the heaviest attack on RTS in recent history from a position of disorganized power. This show would have lasted forever if the journalist had not apologized to him in an extremely painful atmosphere. Vučić had to publicly humiliate her and the TV station where she is a guest. DJ Vučićević and DJ Žeks must have shone with happiness like neon signs in the night.
Ethical, not colored revolution
However, Vučić is in favor of dialogue. When reminded by the Rectorate of the University of Belgrade that this institution and he are not competent to negotiate on student demands, he said that these are meaningless and crazy excuses.
Although he had an appropriate insult for every political opponent, he still measured his words carefully when talking about the rebellious students. However, one should not draw conclusions too quickly - they would also get theirs if, as Vučić knows very well, they are not supported by more than half of the country. In that direction, he hinted at negotiations with the students, most likely through an intermediary - whatever that might be.
It is a transparent attempt by the President of Serbia to muddy the waters and sow seeds of doubt and discord among the girls and boys who are leading the ethical revolution, as Đorđe Trikoš says in "Vremen". I guess he reckons that more than two months of blockades and other protests have caused fatigue, so he will somehow bribe them. So far, the BIA has not stood out for him in that direction, and it probably won't in the future either.
Because, in his television thunder, Vučić doesn't give a damn about everything the students tell him. And the most important thing is that he does not understand his constitutional responsibilities. According to him, everything in the country is great, only a "colored revolution" is at work.
Serial auto-goal scorer
In a quarrelsome tone, the president of Serbia tried to present himself as a protector of the humiliated and offended. They, together with him and the SNS, are considered by the "reborn elites" to be a "lower race." Actually, behind this is an attempt to cover up the fact that the protests have engulfed the whole of Serbia, even small places where they have never been.
That's why he supposedly talks to the people. However, the tour of the Rasin district ended with a series of own goals - as soon as he kicked into his own net, he immediately took the ball out, placed it on the goal line and fired the shot. Now he tried to damage RTS by claiming that he does not flatter anyone. What else can he say?
Namely, after the tour in the Rasin district, it is clear to everyone that the President of Serbia is not even able to listen, let alone talk. If something is wrong, the fault lies with the majority of ministers, with whom he is dissatisfied anyway. Can anyone tell him that he is not the prime minister?
Nevertheless, Vučić's recognition that he does not take off his television to cheer up his weakened electorate is valuable. This abuse of national frequencies for party purposes is completely natural to him.
"Blunt from insanity"
The given elements of the head of state's address - thank you for the question - are completely fulfilled - a line of bragging, a line of whining, a line of insults, and all from the beginning. He is the one who shares and gives, without him there is nothing, maybe not even Serbia.
"Dullness from ignorance", as Ivančić's Robi K would say, was caused by the opponent's accusation of criminalization and dehumanization of him and his team... Well, that's exactly what he has been doing to others, systematically and for more than a decade - personally and through the regime's media, which occupy at least three quarters of the market. If you don't believe, turn the television screens over and look at the newsstands.
A touching moment occurred when Vučić complained that, "because of everything they do to him", his parents are suffering. Poor them, poor him. However, the mothers and fathers of individual students who are demonized in the most disgusting way by the progressive media machinery - do not suffer. Especially not the ones whose daughters were run over or had their jaws broken by a baseball bat. The most difficult thing is for the family of the most powerful man in the country - it comes as a national asset.
When the line is drawn under Vučić's guest appearance on RTS, it is clear that he wants to end the protests at any cost. He will pay as much as he has to, but he does not think of changing anything in his policy. The question is therefore - unless he is going to extort potential interlocutors, how and why does this man intend to conduct a dialogue?
