Report of the Foreign Intelligence Service of the Russian Federation (SVR) about the fact that the European Union desires and finances the Maidan in Serbia is a spin of informer proportions at the level Alexander Vulin, of the former July force Mira Marković. It's as if he wrote it himself, and Russian friends met his former Serbian colleague from the BIA to publish it. They owe him a favor, and it fits into the concept of foreign political marketing, it doesn't cost them anything, so why not.
"The foreign intelligence service of the Russian Federation, headed by Sergei Naryshkin, announced that the services of EU countries are preparing a Maidan in Serbia, as bloody as any Maidan. We ask the Government of Serbia, what needs to happen for you to stop taking us to the EU," Vulin's Movement of Socialists immediately announced.
Just to reinforce the message of Aleksandar Vučić's departure to Beijing to parade with the leaders of the non-democratic world addressed, among other things, to the European Union: if you press me for beating my citizens and trampling on democracy, I can completely move to the other side of history, so you see what you will do.
Occupation media platforms
It's all transparent and not at all original, but that doesn't make it any less dangerous.
The Russian friends of Vulin and Vučić also lashed out at "Vremen", which, they say, brainwashes Serbian youth for foreign money to "mother lacha”, i.e. start an armed, bloody rebellion that the Serbian forces of law and order would, of course, easily, but unfortunately, put down in blood.
We have been declared foreign mercenaries who work for "media occupation platforms", as the president of Serbia likes to say, who push Serbian children, here I am saying my daughter, into armed conflict with the aim of the EU enslaving Serbia and establishing a "government loyal to Brussels", sending them to die for a handful of dirty evars.
The daily talk on Informer and Pink TV about anti-Serbs, foreign mercenaries and domestic traitors, about the fact that "huge money" was spent on the "color revolution" in Serbia, so stupid and worn out that hardly anyone still believes in it, now the Russian SVR should give some weight.
And here's an additional incentive for every crazy madman to grab a gun, a knife or a bat and liquidate foreign mercenaries, i.e. journalists who critically report on the increasingly repressive, corrupt to the core progressive regime, which wants to cause bloodshed in Serbia.
Along with "Vreme", FoNet, RAM mreža, Južne vesti, Slobodna reč, Bum93, Podrinske, Frimedija, Inđija, SOinfo, FAR, Storiteler, and NGO Link are listed as instigators of the Maidan in Serbia, according to Vulin's companions from SVR.
Since the media of the United Group is on the second stream of similar attacks, it was necessary to pick up the rest of the media that are not harnessed to the regime's propaganda.
Alibi for additional repression
No matter how comical and, in fact, pathetic it all seems, it is another hint of the attempt to Belarusianize and Putinize Serbia. And that would mean putting the "revolutionary forces" in prison - students, professors, teachers, journalists, representatives of the NGO sector, opposition politicians, citizens who happen to be at protests; closing inappropriate media, firing disobedient or just insufficiently loyal civil servants, waiting for progressive thugs on the streets...
An alibi is being prepared for the repeated use of the sound cannon, tear gas of an illegal composition, even more brutal interventions by special police units, maybe even bringing the Serbian Army to the streets, who knows, depending on how much fear will creep in on Andrić's wreath before November 1.
The regime is preparing for the anniversary of the fall of the canopy in Novi Sad. That date loomed over Aleksandar Vučić's head as the Fifth of October. All these are preventive intimidation measures to deter people from protesting in the streets across Serbia.
And what if, after all the bullying and intimidation, on November 1st they gather in the same historic number as on March 15th?
