That also happened: the pagan Serbian tabloids thought it was normal to interview the multiple rapist Igor Milošević, who was recently released. Even for such a disgusting media scene as the one here, it's a lot. From the point of view of ethics, humanity, morality, the unthinkable happened. And it's not just that someone took a statement from a multiple rapist, nor is it the first time that the media reports the statements and statements of criminals, but, at least in the field of violence against women, this is the worst thing so far.
We already had an interview in "Kurir" with Ninoslav Jovanović, the now deceased kidnapper of the girl Monika K. However, there is a well-founded suspicion about that interview that it was completely fabricated. This one in "Informer" is not, because they also recorded a video, and they are advertising it on social networks with the inscription "EXCLUSIVE".
We have already had the statements of female killers in front of the cameras, but that was something completely different and allow us, audience, to take some time and explain the context in which such a thing is okay. In 2016, RTS aired a great documentary by author Ana Manojlović "The victim has a female face". The film deals with femicide and in it the experts, the victims' families speak, through concrete examples the whole phenomenon of violence against women and femicide as its most terrible outcome is explained to the uninitiated viewer. Only in one small part, Ana Manojlović talks to convicts who killed their wives and it is more than clear what the author wants us to see: how the killer thinks. At one point she asks the killer if something could have been different. From the previous part of the conversation, it is clear that she is asking him why he did not agree to the divorce. The killer replies: "Well, she could have listened to me and stayed with me." So from his perspective, she is his property and when he wants to leave, she will be gone.
"Informer's" interview is not that, although the networks write that such interviews are conducted all over the world so that "the people understand how a rapist thinks." No. This interview did not bring that. What happens in the interview is Igor Milošević who threatens and suddenly announces that he will rape again and gives instructions on how the woman should behave in order not to hurt her. There is no force that will force us to quote that plot, but the bottom line is this. The fact that Igor Milošević has no remorse and no compassion for the victims is no wonder, if he had, he would not have raped.
The problem is that "Informer" doesn't have it either, that it knows neither mercy nor face, the problem is, if you really want, and that the journalist who did the interview even agrees to do it, the problem is that, when she already does it, does not throw up on himself while working.
So today, when you come across that interview on social networks, don't share it and be disgusted. Hang a picture of Dragan J. Vučićević and remind him constantly: this is the man who gave space to a multiple rapist to announce that he will not stop.
