If anyone thought that before the EU-Western Balkans summit in Tivat, Air Serbia chartered 87 well-known progressive loyalists hardened by special party assignments and characters with substantial criminal records and a "Serbia wins" banner into Montenegro, he was not quite right. Because our neighboring and fraternal country has raised its security measures to the highest level in anticipation of high-ranking dignitaries attending the most important international meeting in its modern history. And even if it wasn't, what country would let an organized, single-sex group of such individuals roam its territory?
On the one hand, it is common sense hard to believe that the leaders of this "group of guys" could not foresee what would happen at the airport in Tivat, on the other it is logically inscrutable why they sent them in the first place, if they knew they would be returned. It is a flimsy explanation that this is a major diversion of attention from the murder in Senjak and other events that are devastating for the SNS rule, because, again as expected, the damage caused by this action to the regime is far greater than any possible benefit.
Whatever the plan was, the result is that the presidents of the states and governments of the European Union and the highest officials of the EU were presented on a silver platter with another proof of the connection of the president of Serbia, Aleksandar Vučić, with criminogenic, extra-institutional structures.
Who paid for all that?
Who is behind this ingenious idea will become clear when the questions are answered: who and how much paid for the plane to transport these "tourists" on the route Belgrade-Tivat-Belgrade and two buses of the Omega Tours 014 bus company from Valjevo, which were waiting for them in Tivat, where they were supposed to be accommodated and who reserved the rooms or apartments?
Following the trail of money will lead to the organizer of this bachelor excursion, and through him to the mastermind of "Operation Montenegro".
Retaliatory measures
After its fiasco, or results, whatever, there followed "reciprocal", i.e. retaliatory measures by the state of Serbia towards the citizens of Montenegro.
Montenegrin citizens were separated from the flight from Podgorica at the "Nikola Tesla" airport without any explanation and subjected to some kind of additional security check.
The same measure, according to the directive from above, is implemented at the land border crossings with Montenegro, where the checks are usually completed immediately, and huge crowds are created.
Because let those whose authorities did not release our 87 heroes of the progressive struggle for freedom, truth and justice suffer, Montenegrin women and Montenegrins will not suffer after that hostile act in Serbia.

Whoever thinks that a normal person will believe that the safety of Aleksandar Vučić will be threatened in Tivat during the EU-Western Balkans summit is also not quite right.
French President Emmanuel Macron, German Chancellor Friedrich Mertz, Spanish Prime Minister Pedro Sanchez, Italian Prime Minister Giorgio Meloni and about thirty other European heads of state and government are coming to tiny Tivat. On top of that, the head of the European Commission, Ursula von der Leyen, the President of the European Parliament, Roberta Mezzola...
All of them take their security with them, and weeks before this event, all possible national and European services in cooperation with the Montenegrin police and the National Security Agency carried out detailed checks.
On Thursday and Friday, Tivat will be the safest place in Europe, Montenegro is covered with security radars, so Ana really does not have to be afraid that the "boss" will lose a hair from his head.
Negative and marginal
Vučić is being sent by the Serbian regime to Montenegro as a friend of the world powers, a hero who will cut everything in everyone's mouth there, to once again elevate Serbia to the pedestal of a small but proud country which is the economic leader in the region and which everyone living unfairly accuses of everything and anything.
They welcome him there as a villain who marginalized Serbia in the process of European integration, who says one thing and does another, as a man who quarrels Serbia with Croatia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Montenegro, who is unable to contain the social rebellion at home even with increasing repression, who sows conspiracy theories for which he accuses the Western secret services.
All in all, Montenegro goes to the EU, while Serbia still revolves around Vučić.
