President Aleksandar Vučić he stated that he knows of three partners with whom the Russians are negotiating the sale of their share NIS and that he hopes they will finish the job.
"I know of three partners with whom they are negotiating. We will see whether they will complete the work with someone or not, I hope they will, because the sooner they complete the work (the better). We accepted and signed everything they asked for," Vučić told reporters in Ložionica, where he participated in the regional business conference of the United Kingdom and the Western Balkans "Building Futures".
The president answered the journalist's question about public comments that someone else will take NIS with our money.
"So what would someone else take with our money? If someone else buys, then they will take it with their own money, not ours. That way we won't have that expense, but that's a Russian choice. We can't even insist on the right of pre-emption, which you always have the right as a minority partner because the Russians will tell you - so listen people, this is not a voluntary sale, but a forced sale. At least give us the opportunity to sell to whoever we want," explained Vučić.
He notes that Serbia would have money to buy, but still has no money to throw away.
"Whether I'm sad or not sad because of this or that, whether we have enough money or not, I'm not going to talk about it. You never have money to throw away, with responsible and serious people you don't have money to throw away. If we had, we would have, but the bottom line is that they negotiate with someone else," said Vučić.

Buyer Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed and Abu Dhabi Oil Company?
Let us remind you that the agency Fonet announced yesterday that the buyer of the Russian share in NIS is most likely Sheikh Muhammad bin Zayed and the National Oil Company of Abu Dhabi - ADNOC.
This information was revealed by journalist Miša Brkić, referring to a well-informed insider, who asked for anonymity.
"The president of the management of ADNOC, he was asked by the president of Serbia, Aleksandar Vučić, his friend, to buy it and finally solve the dilemma. He told him - you are also friends with Vladimir Putin, nice, you buy it so we don't have to worry anymore," said Brkić, explaining how it came about that ADNOC became the buyer of 56,15 percent of the ownership of NIS.
According to Brkić, confirmation and a green light from the United States of America is now expected for such an agreement.

"This could be the end of the Mexican soap opera that the president of Serbia has prepared for us," Brkić said.
Brkić added that the mediation is the same model as for Lukoil, but the result in this case could be different.
"The Swedish billionaire bought Lukoil, and then after two days he had to give up, because the Americans suggested that he get out of that arrangement, because they think that the Russians are still behind it. I don't know if that will happen with this arrangement, but as far as I know - the Americans are also friends with Bin Zayed, and judging by that, they should allow this to continue," said Brkic.
According to him, it remains to be seen whether there was "another offer" in the "friendly request" of the President of Serbia to Sheikh Bin Zayed.
