The most expensive house was sold in the Belgrade municipality of Savski venac for 1,5 million euros, while the most expensive parking space in the second quarter was paid for 60.000 euros.
In Serbia, 30.837 sales contracts were recorded in the second quarter of this year on the real estate market, 0,6 percent more than at the same time last year, and the total turnover was 1,8 billion euros, which was 8,2 percent more than in the second quarter. in 2023

The largest share in the total turnover of real estate was the sale of apartments (EUR 979,5 million), with a share of 56 percent.
EUR 150,2 million (nine percent of the total value) was allocated for houses, EUR 147,2 million (eight percent of the total value) for construction land, EUR 77 million (four percent of the total value) for business premises, and EUR 52,5 million for agricultural land. million euros (three percent of the total value).
As stated, 10 percent of all traded real estate was financed through loans, which represents an increase of three percentage points compared to the previous year.
Credit funds were mostly used for the purchase of apartments, with 23 percent of all purchases being made in this way, which is a noticeable increase compared to 16,5 percent from the same period last year, the RGZ stated.
It is added that in the second quarter of this year, the number of sales contracts increased significantly compared to the same period last year in Novi Sad (22,5 percent), Kragujevac (22,9 percent) and Niš (15,6 percent), while in Belgrade, a slight decrease of 1,1 percent was recorded.
A total of 555,6 million euros was allocated for apartments in Belgrade in the second quarter of this year.
