The crisis of the auto industry is not abating.
After laying off 5.500 people in 2024, Germany's Bosch is now going a step further - laying off 13.000 workers in Germany, where its capacity is underutilized compared to its Chinese competitors.
Bosch is thus cutting almost ten percent of its workforce in Germany, which will lead to the closure of certain factories.

Aptiv from Leskovac, a company that manufactures electrical installations for the automotive industry, has offered employees who have been on paid leave for a long time a mutual termination of employment with severance pay.
