After many teachers in Serbia had their February salaries reduced due to the suspension of work, the "Alek Kavčić" Foundation launched a relief campaign. More than 22 million dinars have been paid so far
Professor dr Alek Kavčić announced that so far a total of 22.788.464,89 dinars has been paid as aid educators whose salaries have been reduced.
According to him, 5.871.800,00 dinars have been paid so far, and the number of aid beneficiaries is currently 352.
Kavčić pointed out on the X social network that the verification process through schools is speeding up, and that the payment for teaching and non-teaching staff has only just begun.

Professor Aleksandar Kavčić and his "Alek Kavčić" Foundation launched an initiative to collect funds for teachers in Serbia who, due to the suspension of work, were left without part of their salary or did not receive their salary for February.
He called on educators and their representatives to submit information about colleagues who need help. Registration is possible via the email solidarist@fondacijaalekkavcic.org.
