Namely, NLB banka Ljubljana, until yesterday the owner of the seventeen-story building at Trg Politika number 1, sold the building yesterday to the company M29 owned by Boban Rajić, whose company Media 026 is a co-owner of the company "Politika novine i magazini", reports "Politika".
The media linked the new owner of the "Politika" building to the authorities in Serbia.
Rajić's company Media 26 doo became the owner of 98 percent of shares in Novosti in the summer of 2019, for a price of two million euros.
At that time, Rajić hired lawyer Igor Isailović, who has strong ties to Minister Siniša Mali and President of the Assembly Ana Brnabić, to establish a company for him in the business register that will take over Novosti, the RasKRIKAvanje portal wrote.
Rajić was the owner of several companies: "Rajić invest", "Media 026" and "RCBGD", and he is also the director of the company "Coka", which, as RasKRIKAvanje wrote, he was the owner of until September 2018.
