Train "Soko" which left Subotica this morning half an hour late, and headed from the "Petrovaradin" station to Belgrade at 6:47 a.m., according to the passengers who were on board, almost jumped out of rail near Zemun polje, announced N1.
According to the passengers, the train swayed, at high speed, some of the passengers fell on the floor of the train. As the passengers shouted to us, the staff, that is, the conductors, were in a panic.
After the reaction of the driver, who managed to somehow stabilize the train, it continued on its way to the Prokop station in Belgrade. Also, as the passengers add, there was a doctor on the train, who immediately helped the trapped people.
The passengers left the wagons upset, and received a curt explanation from the Railway workers that the problem was caused by the couplings on the track.
The editorial staff of N1 contacted the Railways of Serbia, as well as Srbija voz for additional clarifications about this morning's incident, but the answers did not arrive.
