University of Belgrade initiates new, interdisciplinary master's studies in the field climate change.
The first generation of students of the new program, which lasts one year (two semesters), has the opportunity to apply at the enrollment competition, which is open from October 6 to 31, 2025. writes Nikola Zdravković for the Klima 101 portal.

The program "Climate Change and Adaptation to Climate Change" is held at the University level. The teachers on the program are some of the leading experts in the field of climate change from over 10 different Belgrade faculties.
During the two semesters of study, future master climate change analysts will have the opportunity to choose subjects from different fields, from the physics of climate change, through paleoclimatology, to spatial planning, biodiversity protection and risk management in the light of climate change.
According to the University of Belgrade, the aim of the study program is to train future experts in the field of climate change for "planning, organizing and engaging in scientific and research work in all scientific and research, economic and state institutions, as well as private companies".
