An unknown assailant fired a firearm today and wounded five people in a restaurant in the Belgrade neighborhood of Višnjička banja, the Ministry of the Interior announced.
The incident happened at 14:23 p.m., and three men and two women were injured, and they were all transported and cared for in the Emergency Center.
The MUP stated that the police are working intensively on elucidating all the circumstances and facts of that event, and that action Vihor 3 is in force.

Five people injured in the shooting were admitted to the Emergency Center. In the statement of the institution, it was stated that one person with serious injuries was immediately sent to the operating room under resuscitation measures, while the others are currently in resuscitation, and care for their injuries is also being done.

It is not known if there were any children at the time of the shooting, but locals and eyewitnesses said that at the time of the shooting, there were a large number of children at the bus stop under the cafe, who were very scared and ran away, adding that they had to wait a long time for the ambulance to arrive.
