Aleksandar Nesovic Baja, whose murder in restaurant "27" in Senjak underlined the Serbian connections police and criminal environment, he suffered 14 gunshot wounds and one wound.
This is claimed in the announcement of the Higher Public Prosecutor's Office in Belgrade, which published parts of the combined forensic-medical and ballistic expert report.
Medical examiners concluded that death occurred as a result of massive bleeding caused by multiple gunshot wounds to the neck, torso and arms. "All the stated injuries represented a single, severe, life-threatening bodily injury, that is, a fatal injury," states the Prosecutor's Office.
For seven missiles, it was undisputedly established that they were fired from the same weapon, while VJT points out that "at this moment, there is no material evidence that would indicate that another weapon was used on the critical occasion."
Experts estimate that the shot was fired from a distance of a few meters at most.
Shot in a motionless body
The finding further sheds light on the circumstances of one of the most high-profile criminal cases in recent years.
The restaurant was previously occupied by the now deplored chief of the Belgrade police Veselin Milić. In the announcements of the same prosecutor's office, he was initially accused of aiding in the murder, or that he even lured the victim into the bar where Saša Vuković Boske then shot.

However, Milić is already at liberty, and the only thing that remains of the entire accusation is that he allegedly did not report the criminal offense in a timely manner.
According to the findings of the expert, "the large grouping of hits in the area of the left shoulder directly indicates that the shots in question were fired into the victim's body when he was already in a motionless position, his body weakened due to a previous injury."
In popular terms, this means that the victim is "certified", without any possibility of survival.
Vuković admitted the execution, while Milić spreads the version - which now seems to be represented by VJT - that he was not in the restaurant when the crime happened.
