Support rallies for Serbs in Kosovo are being held on Saturday. They are organized by students and the government
As a sign of support to colleagues from the University of Pristina, based in Kosovska Mitrovica and to the Serbs from Kosovo, students in the blockade, they are organizing a rally in Belgrade on Saturday.
According to the announcement of the students in the blockade, the rally started at 14 p.m Faculty of Law, and then the citizens, who came to the meeting at the invitation of the students, started walking to the Office of the Government of Serbia for Kosovo and Metohija, which is located in the Palace of Serbia.

There they should join the column that will start from Zemun.
The walking route is to Slavija, down Beogradska Street, through Nemanjina, Balkanska Street and Kraljica Natalija Street, to Zeleni Venc, across the Branko Bridge.
On the promenade of the procession that headed towards the Office for Kosovo and Metohija, it is written: "The land that I bought from heaven, someone promised them".

Those gathered carry flags of Serbia, a flag with the image of Saint Sava, banners "For Serbs in Kosovo and Metohija, not for Srpska lista", "AV captured the country and divided the people", "Everything started in Kosovo, everything will end in Kosovo", "Now we are fighting so that the future dawns on us".

The rally is secured by the traffic police.
The fight to preserve the territorial integrity of Serbia
Nikola Marchetić, a student at the Faculty of Music Arts, told the Serbian people in Kosovo and Metohija that the students are with them wholeheartedly and will fight for the preservation of Serbia's territorial integrity.
He added that the current regime "is most responsible for the difficult situation in which the Serbian people in Kosovo find themselves."
The president of Serbia is also on Saturday Aleksandar Vučić announced meetings in several places in Serbia.
He emphasized that these are rallies against blockades but also in support of the Serbs in Kosovo.
The people of Kosovo and Metohija were left without the support of the authorities
"We are aware that the people of Kosovo and Metohija are left without support and help by the current government, except when their pain is used for the purposes of media and election propaganda, blatantly ignoring the fact that helping its citizens is their moral and legal obligation, we, students in the blockade, who stand for a just state and respect for the Constitution, are obliged to remind the public that the University of Pristina is part of our university system and to be in solidarity with our colleagues, and together let's stop media darkness", it was stated in the statement of the students in the blockade.
"We must raise awareness about the repression and problems that are happening in Kosovo and Metohija every day and resolutely refuse to remain silent in the face of injustice. We invite everyone to join us on October 11 and together show solidarity with our people in Kosovo and Metohija," the students announced.
Both against blockades and in support of Serbs in Kosovo
The President of Serbia, Aleksandar Vučić, announced that rallies will also be organized in several places on Saturday, not only against the blockades, but also in support of the Serbs in Kosovo.
"This time there will not only be a stop to the blockades, but there will also be support for our people in Kosovo and Metohija," said Vučić.
He noted that they had Centra za društvenu stabilnost, who is the organizer of the meetings, informed that not all meetings will be held at the same time.
"Some will go at 16 p.m., some at 17 p.m., and some at 18 p.m., but this time they will be in the highest places and in many villages, everywhere, where people will come out to support our people and, of course, against violence and blockades," said Vučić.
