In this round, according to the Law on the Management of Business Companies Owned by the Republic of Serbia, Vlada made a decision to change the legal form of some large and important public companies.
Thus, the Post of Serbia, Putevi Srbije, Broadcasting Technology and Connections, Srbijavode, Institute for Textbooks, Skloništa Beograd and the public company for the development and improvement of information through electronic media in the Serbian language in the Autonomous Province of Kosovo and Metohija "Mreža-Most" changed from the form of public companies to limited liability companies.
For these companies, decisions were made on amendments to the founding act, which formulated, among other things, the management bodies and the share capital. Limited liability companies also take over all the assets of public companies.
The representative of the founder, i.e. the state, in the Assembly of Societies should be appointed no later than 30 days after the adoption of this decision.
