All-day blockade of Autokomanda will begin on Monday (January 27) at 10 a.m., they stated in the announcement Students in the blockade.
"The 27th January at 10 am. Requests not met! See you," they wrote on the Instagram page Students in Blockade.
During the blockade, various content will be organized, it is added on the Legal in Blockade page on the X social network.
"We will have tents and heaters, as well as some activities such as 'Tea Party with Students', mini-football, chess tournaments and many others," they stated.
The students clarified that the shifts in the blockade will last four hours. In addition, more details about the blockade plan itself are still unknown.
"We would still keep it a secret and share it with the people when we get there," one of the students of the Faculty of Agriculture told N1.
Students will also benefit from the weather on Monday. If the weather forecast is to be believed, Monday will be an almost spring day, atypical for the end of January - minimum temperature of eight, maximum of 17 degrees Celsius, no precipitation.
Who is participating in the blockade?
The students invited all citizens to join them in the blockade.
"We invite you to join us in as many numbers as possible, especially in the late evening hours." This is a great opportunity for us to meet and socialize," the students said.
For now, participation in the protest was announced by the Independent Union of Educational Workers, which also announced that it will continue the work stoppage until their demands are met. Farmers on tractors also arrived in Belgrade on Sunday, as a sign of support for the student of the Faculty of Agriculture who is she was run over at the protest on Friday. So far, they have not declared whether they will attend the protest at Autokomanda.
