Former Minister of Defense and former official of the Democratic Party of Socialists Montenegro Predrag Boskovic he was arrested this morning by order of the Special State Prosecutor's Office, and as part of the investigation against a criminal group which, according to the prosecution's claims, was organized by businessman Aleksandar Mijajlović.
After his arrest, Bošković was taken to the Special Police Department.
In this investigation, the investigating judge of the High Court in Podgorica, Goran Šćepanović, last night ordered the detention of businessman Aleksandar Mijajlović and the former head of the counterintelligence service, Drago Spičanović.
The accused police officers Milovan Pavićević and Vladan Lazović were ordered to be placed under house arrest, while Senior State Prosecutor Andrijana Nastic had her passport confiscated and is required to report to the police.
