The Public Prosecutor's Office for Organized Crime (TOK) sent a summons to the former football representative Nemanja Vidic to testify regarding the Sky correspondence published by KRIK, in which the former president of the Football Association of Serbia Slavisa Kokeza requires certain people to intimidate and physically attack him.
When asked whether the MUP had delivered the aforementioned Sky communication, TOK replied to the editorial office of the daily Danas that the police had not yet delivered the correspondence.
"TOK also sent a request to the Ministry of Internal Affairs to collect the necessary information along with providing all available Sky communications related to former FSS president Slavisa Kokeza and other persons with whom he was in contact," they replied.
The prosecutor's office once again mentioned that they did not have the Sky communication that KRIK wrote about until now.
"EUROPOL delivers these communications exclusively to the Ministry of Internal Affairs, not to the Public Prosecutor's Office for Organized Crime. The Public Prosecutor's Office for Organized Crime can become familiar with these materials only if they are delivered to it by the MUP," TOK states.
We encourage you, after KRIK published this Sky correspondence, TOK announced on July 6 that it would demand the MUP to deliver it to them.
In the meantime, Vidić filed a criminal complaint for endangering security against an unknown person, and Nemanja Vidić's lawyer addressed the TOK with a request to set a date for receiving the criminal complaint orally on the record.
