Attack on students, after which mass blockades started
Otherwise, there were a total of five suspects for the attack that took place on November 22 last year in front of FDU and which was the trigger for massive student blockades that are still in force.
All were questioned during the investigation and all denied guilt.
The indictment was filed only against the three mentioned, and the criminal charges against Aleksandar J. and Dušan K. were dismissed.
As a reason, the Higher Public Prosecutor's Office stated that the reported offense is not a criminal offense for which it is prosecuted ex officio.
