The high-resolution video shows a man on a lounger in a luxury building in Montenegro. He looks at his phone by the pool.
This video appeared on the Telegram account "Medeni sve zna", which is still not known who maintains it, but it is attributed to the fugitive Montenegrin citizen Miloš Medenica, who was convicted in the first instance for organized crime, smuggling and illegal influence.
The message of the recording is – this is Veselin Milić brčka while criminal proceedings are being conducted against him in Serbia.
The Vasiljević law firm, which represents the former head of the Belgrade police, Veselin Milić, filed a criminal complaint against unknown persons, employees of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, just a few days after the publication of this video.
"We inform the public that today, August 10, we filed a criminal complaint with the High Public Prosecutor's Office in Belgrade against unknown persons of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the RS due to the existence of grounds for suspicion that they committed the criminal offense of Abuse of official position from Article 359 paragraph 1 of the Criminal Code of the RS, to the detriment of our master Veselin Milić," it is stated.
Criminal environment
This criminal complaint, as explained in the press release, was filed because they believe that there are grounds for suspicion that Veselin Milić is being persecuted and monitored, and based on official data on his movements that are provided to persons from the criminal environment by public officials. MUPof RS to which these data are available.
"Also, footage from the criminogenic environment was presented to the public, probably made by an official drone, and on which it is falsely represented that the victim is Veselin Milić, while he is bathing in the pool of some kind of villa in the Republic of Montenegro, and it is also falsely claimed that Veselin Milić is supposedly the owner of that facility," says the statement of the Vasiljević law office. "As we have already pointed out, these are untrue claims that continue the reputational persecution of Veselin Milić, which began on May 15, 2026. However, what is particularly worrying now is that in addition to the distribution of false information, this time physical persecution of Veselin Milić is also being undertaken based on information and funds obtained from MUP officials."
They also note that Veselin Milić, as they claim, does not have any prohibition or restriction of movement, nor any other measure within the framework of criminal proceedings.

Criminal complaint against Marko Kričko
They also remind us that we filed a criminal complaint against the head of the Directorate for Criminal Police Marko Kričko and the head of the Crime Suppression Service, Boško Sekulović. The application was filed due to the existence of grounds for suspicion of the criminal offense of Abuse of official position from Article 359 paragraph. 1, carried out in such a way that by failing to submit key evidence to the Higher Public Prosecutor's Office in Belgrade, they caused the unfounded criminal prosecution and arrest of Veselin Milić, they state and add:
"It is clear from this that no legitimate interest in the movement of him and his family exists and cannot be supported by the public, because in addition to violating their privacy and revealing personal data, which is a criminal offense in itself, the safety of Veselin Milić and his family is first of all threatened."
They believe that the public will understand that such actions are not only an attack on Veselin Milić, but potentially open the door for a similar type of treatment towards every member of our community.
