Today, Thursday, the construction inspection stopped the work on the construction site of the residential-hotel complex in Živka Davidovića Street in Zvezdara, because the association "Naša mesna zajednica" presented information that the work was taking place without a building permit.
The inspectors reacted immediately after Miloš Vučković's guest appearance from "Our local community" on N1.
It turned out that there are only location conditions that are a prerequisite for issuing a building permit, but that other, necessary document does not exist. By law, a building permit must be issued in order to carry out any construction work.
This means that the company "Granit Invest", which is an investor and contractor, started the works illegally.
As Vučković explained, "it is a renowned, large company and they received the location conditions on November 15 of last year. In the meantime, they even submitted a request to change those location conditions, but they did not receive a building permit."
The urban planning project for this location was open for public inspection last September. According to the conceptual solution developed by the Belgrade architectural studio "Zabriskie", the construction of a four-star hotel and 235 accommodation units with a total of 470 beds is planned at the corner of Živka Davidović and Gusinjska. In the residential and commercial part of the complex, the construction of 35 apartments is planned, with an area of 30 to 80 square meters.
