During 1980, it really seemed as if all the pieces of the mosaic had come together. Comrade and marshal Tito died, politicians got confused and loosened their grip a little, and a wave of new music started from Rijeka, Ljubljana, Zagreb, Belgrade and Novi Sad, which the domestic scene had never seen before. The whole punk furka first started from the western parts of the former country. Twenty years have passed, and these songs still have the same power and charm as they did in the beginning
"Then, of course, I was against the project called Packages arrangement for many reasons. By the way, I never liked the idea or the name of the compilation, the whole record sounded quite bad tonally and I preferred that each of the three groups from the compilation had their own LP, which happened later. I think that apart from that Belgrade arrogance that all three groups have, they don't have too many similarities."
"Over time, we all, more or less, became part of the establishment. But, unlike the sixty-eighth generation, the generation of the new wave did not make a historic decision to enter the establishment, that's why we don't really exist as a generation today."
