After the entry into force of the indictment, the judge of the special court should schedule a trial by December 17, and if he does not do so, he is obliged to explain the reason to the president of the court. According to Minister Vladan Batić, the trial will take place in one, the largest courtroom in the building of the former Military Court. However, the defenders of the indictment ask: how, when there is room for only nine defense attorneys in it, of which there will normally be close to a hundred, since there are 44 accused persons, some of whom have three lawyers each. And each of the accused must have at least one lawyer. "Should we bring chairs", ask the lawyers. According to the most optimistic estimates, the new large building that will house the courtroom intended for the aforementioned trial of the accused, which is being built next to the former Military Court, will be completed in five to six months.
