Personal attitude

It is available, it is possible, it is spent

The increase in Serbia's military budget will cause reactions from other countries in our region, where we failed to build mutual trust and predictability. You don't need to be a foreign policy expert to predict a virtual arms race for countries in the region that cannot afford it.

Personal attitude

The Balkan geopolitical carousel

Any virtual arms race deprives the region of the possibility of development and wastes the heritage of the young generation. Purchases such as the Rafal aircraft or the HIMARS artillery-missile system represent only a budgetary expense that does not fundamentally contribute to the level of security, and takes away the possibility of development in many other areas. These acquisitions of aircraft far exceed the financial capabilities of both Croatia and Serbia

Personal attitude

After the NATO summit in Vilnius

In the final document of the Summit, the Western Balkans is defined as a region of strategic interest for NATO, which will maintain its commitment to the security and stability of all countries in the region, as well as the continuation of the fight against all forms of hybrid threats and malignant influence.
