Sewerage, Serbia's weak point

Belgrade is the only capital city in Europe that does not have a wastewater treatment system and discharges all of it into the Sava and Danube rivers. Due to planned and unplanned urbanization, it is no longer possible to implement previously planned solutions. While waiting for new proposals, the artist Andrej Josifovski, known as the Pianist, performed the performance "The Bloody River" in order to, as he told the "Vremena" portal, shake us out of the frenzy in which we have been for a long time.
